Simply set your alert time, and Pollen Alert will handle the rest. When you get your notification, pop an allergy pill to best prevent and protect yourself from allergy symptoms.

Same Day Notifications will notify you on the day of about the current pollen levels. Next Day Notifications will notify you about the next day's pollen level. You can set your own time for when these notifications trigger, and set a pollen threshold for your own convenience.

Pollen Alert only has forecasts for the contiguous USA states.
