Hey there! I'm Daniel, and if you're feeling like you've lost your athletic edge, getting weaker, and want to regain your athleticism and strength, I'm here to help. With 2 kids, a full-time job as a PT and S&C coach, and my own athletic aspirations, I understand the challenges you face. But trust me, you don't have to give up on your passion.

I've overcome numerous injuries and setbacks, including shoulder surgery, back and knee injuries, and ankle ligament tears. Each time, I've found smarter ways to recover and come back stronger. I've also faced the struggle of balancing family, work, and training, so I've developed strategies to save time and stay committed. And now, I want to guide others on this journey to stay athletic for life.
