Is Yawning contagious ? How long can you resist?

50% of adults yawn due to a phenomenon called “contagious yawning”. Some studies says that yawning is related to empathy and social bonding or that is connected to stress and your energy levels. Others studies says that yawning is useful to inhale more air and to cool the brain and keep it more active.
