X-Ray Body Scanner is a prank app that's intended to fool your friends into thinking that your phone has some xray capabilities. The Xray app do not use the camera or any other sensors, it just displays the selected image and let you move it around by tilting the phone in the selected direction.

In order to really fool someone you will need to practice a bit. You have to synchronise the image moves with you moving the phone over someone else hand, or other body part.
