New Features:
- New UI look and feel
- Audio download to device. This will enable audio to be played while offline and avoid incurring data charges when playing audio.
- New visual that allows content to be viewed like book pages with swiping support to change between each content.
- Changed audio to use HTML 5 audio, giving more fine grained audio control.

Bug Fix:
- Fixed issue with app rating. Rating window should no longer open after user has already rated app (or not wish to rate app).
