Van Halen is a hard rock band from America, formed in Pasadena, California in 1972. Van Halen's name is derived from the names of two brothers, Eddie Van Halen (guitarist) and Alex Van Halen (drummer). In addition to the two, Van Halen personnel consist of David Lee Roth and Wolfgang Van Halen.
On August 13, 2007, Van Halen also announced a reunion with singer David Lee Roth for a North American tour in September.
