Fixed an issue where we were no longer showing the timezone for Arizona correctly. As Arizona is within the Mountain Timezone, but doesn't use Daylight Savings Time, the currently shown time for Arizona was incorrect.

Also, we've scaled down the opacity of the map overlays so you can more easily see the individual states.
