#Create and personalise your multimedia CV

Record and customise videos to accompany your job application to express your personality and show off your personal brand. Sell yourself to potential employers in a modern and relevant way, giving yourself a competitive edge in the job market. You’re even able to share your finished product with employers via a unique URL or QR code.

#Create your written CV

To make the process even easier, you can upload your current written CV into the app or you can use the inbuilt CV template to build your CV. We’ll do the hard work and make it look slick; you just have to fill in the blanks.

#Search for tips to improve your applications

Expressing yourself can be tricky sometimes. That’s why we’ve added a handy feature which allows you to find helpful video and written content, offering tips and sharing experiences so you can feel at ease building your brand and be confident when sharing your CV.

#Store everything in one place with your UCVME portfolio

The UCVME portfolio is a secure area within the app to store your certificates, work permits and health documents. You are then able to share them externally with employers when necessary.

#Get constructive feedback on your CV from other users

If you think you could make your CV even better but aren’t sure how, you can submit your CV anonymously for review by other users and professional recruiters/CV Writers.

#Psychometric testing

UCVME offers an inbuilt psychometric test feature, aiming to prepare you as much as possible for those tricky assessments you may come across during the recruitment process. The tests include verbal, numerical and logical reasoning, and give you feedback so that you are able to see how you perform against your peers.
