Take action by joining simple and fun trackers. Thrive Canada App can be offered by your employer’s health and well-being program on a voluntary basis and is strictly confidential.

When participating in trackers, you can synchronize your connected devices data through Health app for a complete user experience. For example, if you are participating in a running tracker, you can authorize access to your Health app and your running data will be synchronized at app launch with the tracker you are participating in.
