Updated counter data.
- Added matchups for Sombra
- Adjusted matchups to account for buffs and nerfs in the game over the last couple of months
Updating the counter data is optional and will not overwrite your customizations.
To get the new data for matchups you have customized, you need reset the customs

Improved loading screen during initial startup of app so it indicates that loading is happening.
