GAMEPLAY:
Added *new* Intermediate & Advanced T1 series Hulls!
Added 2/3 second delay between destroying an enemy and the tank turret returning
Improved the motion of turret aiming
Reduced damage of enemy machine gun fire by 30%
The player tank can no longer get stuck on pointy objects
S, M, & L power-ups now give 33%, 66%, and 100% boosts respectively

The FIRE! button is no longer misplaced on some screen resolutions
