Bugs fixed:
- Fixed an issue where dates were missing in Shift Exchange
- App is now respecting the Shift Exchange eligibility flag set in the main app
- Fixed an issue of employees getting unexpected time card review notifications (this one is being retested by QA to make sure it was still a problem in production)
