Ive never had an issue with any game here, nothing here is illegal either lol..  if it was then i would be able to download apps like Chaos Rings 3, Final Fantasy IX, and other high priced games for free. 
If you dont understand something dont try calling it out to be illegal thats like saying just because we dont understand the universe some mystical magical invisible being must have created it..... 
If a game does not work then either your device does not meet the requirements, your network is poor, or you done goofed and probably shouldnt be messing around with stuff seemingly too advanced for you.
APKs and XAPKs are mainly for the more moderate user. I personally use these formats so i dont have to rely to heavily on data consumption when downloading and deleting and reinstalling games that ive been trying out. 

Illegal lol, this shop doesnt even host MODs anymore lol.
Its only good for 2 things XAPK/APK backups and early access/betas. Which is why i stay.
