Qasim Ali Shah is a motivational speaker and a popular teacher in Pakistan He started his professional career as an officer in Pakistan's civil services, but later opted for teaching and gradually progressed into becoming a professional trainer, public speaker, writer, and columnist. He is an author of three books.

Qasim Ali Shah has written three books.His first book was Kamyabi ka Pagham which was a collection of his writing on success and how to become successful. His second book is Zara Num ho which is a collection of his quotes and short motivational verses. He had also written a book Aap ka Bacha b Kamyab ho Sakta hai on the topic of parenting.
