Bug fix for issue reported by Ryan Holler (thanks Ryan!): For hourly employees, time entered for December were not included in payroll calculation. Fixed.
Employee activity and Calculator activity were missing decimal input, causing only whole numbers accepted for salary data. Fixed.
File name was not appended with .pdf resulting in certain devices rejecting the PDF and refusing to open paystub for emailing/printing.
