The Meaning Behind the Name:

Proudly embracing our Nigerian culture, the term Obioma was coined from the indeginous group of the Igbo of eastern Nigeria after the 1967 to 1970 Biafran Civil War. After a devastating loss, the Igbo people carried sewing machines on top of their heads and would walk mending clothes, earning pittance, to make a living. They went from humble initiators to multi-millionaires and carry a story of strength and resilience. Coining the term Obioma, these inspirations have led us here.
