NEPA Wahala NG is a free service offered to all Nigerians in order to provide better service in the power sector. Services include but are not limited to answering questions on electricity issues, giving you access to regulatory documents which outline the consumer’s rights to safe, efficient and regular power supply, and rendering assistance to resolve diverse service failure issues, including metering, connection, disconnection, billing, etc.

Basically, we show you how to get your distribution company to give you safe, efficient, reliable and cost-effective power supply within the ambit of Power Sector Regulations as they are rolled out.

This project was borne out of a need to help the average citizen in Nigeria understand how to get the best service from the power distribution companies in the country.
