NÖ Finderlein (v1 - veraltet)

* new settings for WLAN-only-Updates
* new dialog for visited locations with the posibility to change/correct the price
* achievements for 2018 are working again (they will be calculated when setting the next location to visited)
* diabled google pictures again because google changed its pricing mode and i would have to pay for it - not possible with a add free app
