Muffin Platlogo (Android 5.2)

-After listening rumors upcoming android code is 5.2 instead of 6.0 so i changed android code with 5.2
-Added A link to guide in Platlogo/ Settings . Hence now you can easily learn how to make it as default in your android device!
- Added developer Version link in Platlogo Settings! Which means you can integrate the platlogo in your ROMs and works, but only with proper credits.
- Most important: The mascots are more cute now!
