Mpulse TAB is a simple and powerful tab-based feedback platform to capture user feedback at all touchpoints. The app can be downloaded from Play store and installed on a tab. The tab is installed at the billing counter at a retail outlet. Or it can be circulated among customers dining at restaurant. The customers can answer a few simple questions to rate the quality of service at the restaurant or retail outlet. This data is captured on our server using the embedded SIM card in the tab. The data can be accessed from our dashboard for which login credentials are provided. All data can be downloaded to excel or CSV formats for further analysis. Or the management can get in touch with customers who have given poor feedback and try to improve their services.
