We are a family friendly fitness facility that offers a variety of fitness classes including TRX, Bootcamp, Strength Training, Zumba and Yoga. We specialize in creating fun, challenging and effective workouts that keep our clients enjoying the workout as well as the results. This is done through a focus on teaching proper technique and providing appropriate modifications to allow clients of all ability levels and limitations the opportunity to exercise safely. – We offer a kids play room to be used by kids while their parents workout – We have been offering fitness classes since June 2013
