Upon approval this alerts both dispatch and the collections parties involved with drivers ETA. This frees up driver time as well as brings the level of professionalism to a higher level.

When “on-site” with the next of kin, drivers can catalog personal belongings by making notes and taking photos that attach to a QR code assigned to the deceased. Documentation is a vital part of the transportation process. Documents that are normally on multiple pages or are required by some agencies but not others are combined into one easy-to-use interface. By automatically completing required forms this ensures the time on site is spent with the decedent, not filling out page after page of the same information. The releasing party has a place to sign the release electronically that is sent to all parties involved upon completion. Funeral homes are alerted of the release all in one step.

On the business side, managers and Drivers are able to track mileage and time spent per case. In addition, tracking each vehicle capacity in a real-time interface ensures dispatch is not placing a driver in an over-committed state at any point. With the optional fuel level and service conducted history, Managers can track services conducted, mileage and fuel logs that manage costs and frequency.
