workouts without the aid of a gym instructor especially those who are shy

in approaching a gym instructor at the gym. It is an android based

application that computed BMI of the user and generates suggested exercise

plan and diet tips depending on the user's BMI result. This application can

be used to help you to lose or to gain weight depending on what workouts you will

do or what the application will suggest.

Features:

BMI calculator- It is use for calculating users BMI. It requires your

height, weight, age and gender.

Suggested workouts and diet - This allows the user to see the suggested

workout and diet plans.

Workout- This is a mofule where you can view Gym exercises and can be

use as refference to execute suggested gym programs.

Timer - This can be used for workouts that requires timer to perform.

Or can be use to other things like monitoring how long you are peroforming the

exercise.
