Lombo Loyalty Platform is used by customers in specific stores or chain of stores/hotels/restaurants:
Change due in a form of cash is instead credited to customers LomboApp account with the business.
Lombo Loyalty Hub consists of all businesses having LomboApp installed:
Will include a list of approved business that are able to use Lomboapp from the partner side. Amount of change left with the store is matched by being converted to the points on LomboApp Loyalty Hub for the respective business.
Transfer of balance from LomboApp to Partners (i.e. PayPal, Careem, Etihad etc.)
Balance transfer will be allowed after specific amount has been accumulated and depending on member’s level within the program
