Joel Lazarus is an anointed young preacher and evangelist who has been called and empowered to impact lives and souls. He has been serving the Lord for the past 19 years as a Bible Teacher, Preacher, Worship Leader and Evangelist.

Having graduated in Theology he has served as a pastor for many years and is presently traveling widely to preach, teach and to empower churches with the Word of God. Through his Word (Rehmah) filled preaching he has bought an impact, restoration and corrections to many lives. Many have had power encounters in his meetings and have received divine healing and deliverance as he powerfully ministers under the anointing of the Holy Spirit.

His passion is to see changes in the lives of people, so that they could live a complete surrendered life for the Lord as a disciple of Jesus Christ. The Lord is using him especially to inspire people to move to their next level of holiness and godliness.

His zeal for God’s kingdom is very evident. His preaching triggers a brand new passion for the Lord in the hearts of the listeners.

Joel, together with his wife Bamini continues to carry the passion for the lost souls and walks with their obedience to the call of above.

Presently Joel is an associate minister working along with ’Church on the Rock -Toronto’. Joel is also has been recognized and been ordained by ’Canadian Christian Ministers Federation’.

Now Joel and Bamini along with their children have dedicated their lives as missionaries for Sri Lanka. So they have decided to relocate from Canada to Sri Lanka in order to obey the God’s call.
