Due to the nuances, this 'refined Hurley classification' offers the possibility to accurately characterize the different phenotypes of HS. In addition, the working group developed a treatment algorithm based on recent guidelines based on the 'refined Hurley classification'. The handy app offers the possibility to apply the 'refined Hurley classification' with the accompanying treatment algorithm in daily practice.
