- Fix Android Auto issue when a playlist contains no songs.
- Fix Favorite Songs shuffle. Its a playlist so should use the playlist shuffle setting.
- Previously downloaded cached status was not determined correctly. For mp3 files, we can use the file size value from the server, so lets use that when possible. We now have three states for the song lists time value. Red (NOT downloaded), teal (Completely Downloaded) and Grey (Partially/Unable to determine if Downloaded)
- Fix some crashes
