Q: Forgot password, How to reset?

A: Update to the latest version Hide Pictures Gallery Vault first.

1. If you set Pin Lock Screen, then click the icon at the top right corner of lock page, tap the 'forgot password'. By security email we will send your password to your email Id.

2. If you set Pattern Lock, click the icon at the top right corner of lock page then switch to pin lock screen and follow the steps that is describe in point number one just above.

Q: What can i do if fail to launch the app from dialer?

A: Sometimes, in some devices, after Gallery Vault is killed by system or other apps, or after device restarted, Gallery Vault may not be able to respond to dial event. In that case, you can try the solution given below.
