The application called "Band-Aid" of the City Public Health Institute of Belgrade was created with the aim of providing basic information about children's injuries and other consequences of external causes, primarily about how to prevent them, and also how to provide first aid if an injury occurs. . Injuries in childhood are common, and their consequences can be very serious.

The content of the application is structured according to the types of injuries, from falls, sprains, sprains, dislocations, burns, insect stings and animal bites, poisoning, suffocation, bleeding, to traffic injuries.

The information provided in the application should remind you how important it is to think and act in time so that injuries do not occur or are as rare as possible. Children play, run, jump, swim, explore the world around them every day and thus develop. Parents, guardians and all those who take care of children, with love, care and attention should encourage children's play and provide conditions for it to be carefree and safe.

The City Public Health Institute of Belgrade is a preventive healthcare institution whose mission is to promote health and prevent diseases and injuries in order to improve and preserve the health of residents of all ages.
