If you are spending too much time using your mobile, your eyes are the ones that gets strained to the maximum. Taking breaks at regular intervals will help to ease this strain and to protect your vision. A good recommendation is to follow 20-20-20 rule to keep your vision intact for the future.

As per this rule, Every 20 minutes, take your eyes off your mobile or computer and look at something 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds. This eye rule can be applied to movement as well. Every 20 minutes, walk 20 feet away for 20 seconds or more.

** EyeCare Options **

If you need to customize setting options, open EyeCare Settings from your application list and configure it in the way you want:

- Enable/Disable: To temporarily enable or disable EyeCare.

- Break duration: Set the time interval at which EyeCare should remind you to take break.

- Show exercises page: When your break time is reached, EyeCare will open up a page with exercise instructions to refresh your eyes and your body.

- Show notification message: When your break time is reached, EyeCare will show a notification on device's notification bar.

- Custom notification message Provide a custom message, to override the default message for notification. Leave it empty to get back to the default message.

- Vibrate: When your break time is reached, your device will be vibrated.

- Notification sound: Play sound when break time is reached

** DISCLAIMERS **

- If you don't want to be interrupted while playing game or watching movie on your mobile you should disable EyeCare or uncheck "Show exercises page" options. If not, Exercises page will cover your screen and interrupt your game or movie
