This update adds manual tracking features so you can track whatever numeric values you care about. Add a new manual attribute from the bottom of the Review tab — you can choose things like quantities, durations, time of day, and even use a 1–9 scale.

You can also manage your manual attributes from within Settings.

This update also brings speed improvements for syncing tags and manual attributes. Enjoy!
