The features of version 1.17:
1. Fix the the start-up problem for version >= android 5.0.
2. Support the StarDict dictionary format.
3. More web search sites. The web search site can be edited, deleted or added.
4. The words in a notebook can be moved or coped to another notebook.
5. Long press on the list item to use TTS (text-to-speech).
(Double tapping on the list item to show checkboxes in notebook mode)
6. Add the setting "Rescan Dictionaries" for adding new dictionaries.
