About the app

Once you have downloaded the app, follow the setup sequence to connect to your doppel wristband. The app comes with three preset rhythms. Slower rhythms are calming, and faster rhythms help you feel focused - like music.

Follow the steps to take your resting heart rate so the rhythms can be personalised for your body. Try them out in different situations to find out which works best for you
