The calculator accurately converts cooking volume and measure from one unit to another. You can also set the calculations for quantity. Assuming you only want to convert from one measurement unit to another, the default of 1 is correct. You can select the From and To conversion factors, then click on the Calculate button. You can use the Clear Values button to do your next calculation. Below the calculator you'll find the most common fractions and decimal equivalent to help you out with conversion quantity number. You cannot put fractions into the quantity field just decimal numbers.
