Slank is a band of music that creates a song of peace

Slank formed since 1983, and now become one of the top Indonesian music group. Early formation In December 1983 the band was named CSC (Cikini Stone Complex) consisting of high school kids Cikini College. Here is Bimo Setiawan (drums), Boy (guitar), Kiki (guitar), Abi (bass), Uti (vocals) and Well Welly (vocals) expressing their fondness for the Rolling Stones works. Unfortunately, this group could not survive and disperse.

Bimbim continued their musical spirit with his two siblings Denny and Erwan formed Red Evil which later renamed Slank with additional personnel Bongky (guitar) and Kiki (guitar).

With a long struggle formed the formation of the 13th, Bimbim, Kaka, Bongky, Pay and Indra, new Slank. After finishing the 5th album Slank lost Indra, Bongky and Pay who leave. Kaka and Bimbim keep working on the 6th album with the help of additional player.

Subsequently in a row there was a reshuffle of personnel until finally formed the 14th formation in 1996 that survive until now. This final formation, which starts from Slank's 7th album, consists of Bimbim (drums), Kaka (vocals), Ivanka (bass), Ridho (guitar) and Abdee (guitar) .SLANK is a peace loving group and Slank in fact Just managed to win the hearts of fans, but Slank has also managed to evoke the spirit and solidarity of a generation to have an attitude. And Slank has a fanatical and creative fan group, known as Slankers.
