Clozemaster: Expand Vocabulary

Wowee this is a big one!

- Everything is now a “collection” of sentences with its own reviews and favorites, and can be searched/managed
- All collections are downloadable to play offline
- Sentence translations can now be edited as well as add notes, hints, pronunciation, and change the % mastered after answering, when searching a collection, and at the end of a round
- Cloze-listening now be available for all Clozemaster-created collections in 30+ languages
