a) Fixed broken "Schedule Later button" for Large screens
b) Reduced button sizes for normal screens (Made it easier to scroll)
c) Fixed "connection error" issue for New Uber Form.

Note-
If you are upgrading to version 1.2.5 from an older version of the app,perform the steps below, in sequence, if you are seeing any odd issues:

a) Clear your App Cache ( Settings > Application Manager > Kommen > Clear Cache)
b) Clear your App Data also ( Settings > Application Manager > Kommen > Clear Data)
