Jonnie Candito is one of the few fitness YouTubers out there who provides legit—no frills, no garbage—fitness advice that is not only intelligent, but also instantly actionable. Unlike other fitness channels, he comes as he is—without the agenda of hawking some protein shake or a nasty program that will provide a fat afterburn effect.

It is an excellently crafted piece of work; with it I have finally broken my plateau, and moved up the weights once more. While it is not exactly a silver bullet (you still need to put in the discipline and hard work), training smarter will definitely make you a stronger lifter.
