All external aspects of the Prophet's life will be discussed, starting from his body shape, how he dressed, his perfume, what he ate and drank, and all other external aspects that can make those of us who read it feel as if he is present in our lives today. The goal is that we can also make the simplicity of life a light for our bodies.

The second point is everything related to the inner (soul) of the Prophet Muhammad from waking up to going back to sleep. What were the daily activities of Rasulullah SAW and how did he carry out his worship, what worship did he do regularly and never stop, what were the morals of Rasulullah SAW which were clearly visible in the eyes of his friends, how did he eat, how did he sleep, and all related to the components of Rasulullah's personality will be explained in the next section.

The aim is so that the readers' souls can be bathed in the light and goodness of the person and personality of the Prophet Muhammad.
