Billiard Biz is an app for operating and managing a billiard business (pool hall, bar and game room). The app can manage your rentals (adding players, tracking their time on and cashing them out) and manage your bar (adding patrons, adding bar items to the patron's tab and cashing them out).

Rentals

For each rental you define the rental type (pool table, card table, foosball, etc), the hourly rate, maximum players, and minimum charge. You can add members or guests to each rental, they are then considered players and when you cash out a player from a rental the app calculates their time on and the total due. You can also define flat rates (e.g. on Mondays play all day for $10.00), and when you add a player to rental, if a flat rate is available for the day/time period, the app will ask you if the player is being added as hourly or for a flat rate.

Bar

For each bar item you define the item type (beverage, snack, food. or other), description, cost, and price. You can add members or guests to the bar, they are then refered to as patrons. You select from the list of current bar patrons and add bar items to that patron. When you cash out a patron the app calculates the total due. The app can also handle sales and meals taxes.

Reports

The app will keep a history of your sales and allow you to generate reports of this data. The reports included:

Reports are formatted as a PDF and can be sent to a cloud printer or saved to your Google Drive, SD card, or to the devices download folder.

Premium

The free version can be used to manage a limited number of rentals and bar patrons. You can upgrade (in-app) to increase the number of rentals to 24 and increase the number of patrons that can added into the bar to 36.
