Bayou City Radio is a local nonprofit 24/7 streaming radio station that provides music and citywide information. Our main focus is to provide a rainbow of sound for mainly the greater Houston, Texas, USA audience. Our target age range is 35 -55-year-old women and men. The music emphasis is on smooth jazz sounds, subtle various diverse formats, along with classic, subtle rock, a touch of today's popular music, a sprinkle of new age, and rhythm, very lite country and western, and a few choice blues hits. The Informational tidbits are scheduled throughout the broadcast day, which includes Houston cultural, artistic, civil, historical & education. Bayou City Radio is a project of the LiteracyOne Projects, Incorporated. A nonprofit advocacy group whose primary mission is to stimulate transitional awareness through comprehension.
