Get into a Zen State of Mind with the help of this simple game.

Keep the balloon afloat inside the breath guide to gain score and obtain a state of peace by following the breathing guide.

TRUSTED MEDITATION TECHNIQUE

- The game uses a 4 second inhale, followed by an 8 second exhale to help alleviate stress

and anxiety.

ANXIETY AND WORRY FREE

- The game has no traps or dangers, like spikes to pop the balloon for example, to not

introduce any anxiety or worry to the player.

- If the balloon leaves the screen for an excess amount of time, you can simply retry.
