Automatic changing of SELinux status from Enforced to Permissive was removed according to Google politics. Now SELinux status should be set to 'Permissive' manually (Settings > About phone > SELinux status). This is required to open /dev/smd11 device. SELinux status may be changed to permissime by running "su setenforce 0" and restarting device.
