Central Texas Food Bank Backpack Program, distribution form

This app supports the Central Texas Food Bank's backpack distribution program and is intended for the use of enrolled sites.

The BackPacks program is designed to meet weekend meal needs for children in low-income families. At the end of each week, participating children receive bags of healthy, nutritious, non-perishable meals that they take home with them and eat during the weekend. Each BackPack contains approximately four meals.

The Central Texas Food Bank piloted BackPack, a Feeding America program; In partnership with summer meal sites in 2015, we distributed 30,572 BackPacks at 51 sites.
