The LCC App works as an alarm system for the LCC website to deliver your individual and specific ROUTINE to your mobile device.

By setting up your membership profile on the LCC Website, the questions specific to your day to day life will trigger an automated series of notifications that will be your ROUTINE delivered through your LCC ROUTINE APP.

The LCC ROUTINE App will help you get up at the right time every morning, show you what's best for breakfast and remind you the night before to prepare your snacks for the next day.

During the day the App reminds you to have your AM snack, your lunch and your PM snack. Once home from work the App will help you prepare a healthy dinner then after you've had some relax time, the App will 'again' remind you to prepare what you need for the next day.

The LCC App works hand in hand with the LCC website.  The App feeds the website information: when you eat and what you eat during the day. Your website membership profile is built day by day and you can view your progress report (how close you have stuck to your routine) at the end of each week, you can share your progress with friends and family on Facebook.
