Want to become different in some way? The Infix habit tracker helps you become the person you want to be, one day at a time. If you add new behaviors to your life, and turn them into habits, those habits will change who you are. Add, track and perform new habits with the help of Infix.

With Infix, you get the following features:

STATISTICS

Check out your numbers to see how well you are doing. Our Statistics page allows you to see a variety information including:

• An overview of your performance

• Completion rate history

• Completion rate by day of the week

• Streak history

• Amount history

POINT SYSTEM

With a gamification approach, each habit is assigned a point value. In life, you must work hard to establish and maintain a new habit. This is reflected in the app, as you must work hard to keep your points increasing. The point system is meant to reflect how habits work in real life, and is based on the following 4 principles:

• Building a habit takes time and ongoing effort

• Every consecutive day that you perform a behavior, you strengthen your chances of making it a habit

• When you miss one day of a behavior, you risk starting a long string of failed days

• Each consecutive day that you don't perform a behavior, you drastically decrease your chances of making it a habit

SPECIFIC AMOUNTS

When you create a new behavior, you have the option of attaching an amount to it. The amount describes "how much" you want to do a habit. For example, if your habit was "exercise," the amount could be "15 minutes." The Amount feature allows you to start small and increase your efforts over time. This gives you a better chance of success than if you tried to do too much, too soon.

CALENDAR VIEW

The calendar view has two functions: it allows you to easily edit your habit's performance history, and provides a visual of your performance history that allows you to quickly interpret how well you have been doing.

NOTEBOOK

Each habit comes with a notebook, and you can create seperate notes for each day.

REFLECTION NOTES

Reflection is the act of thinking about your experiences. When you reflect, you have the opportunity to learn and use that knowledge to have better success in the future. The Notebook includes a Reflection Notes section, which provides questions to ask yourself so that you can learn from your habit building experiences.
