You must find him as many times as possible before he finishes it (yes, his frappe functions as the game time). Be careful though, as some of the characters in the area look conspicuously like him (they are probably his cousins, Friksos, Kitsos, Nikos... you got the picture), and mistakes cost frappe... eeerrrr... time.
