The main function of this app is to bring the daily gospel to everyone, it is presented in an easy to understand and use. You can check the daily readings, the written or audio gospel, the saint of the day and much more precious content to nourish our daily love in GOD.

The term gospel comes from a Greek word meaning "good news" and refers to the account of the existence, the miracles and the postulates of Christ. This story is told in four books known by the names of those who narrated them (the evangelists) and who form the so-called New Testament.

In the Gospels the life of Jesus and those teachings that he left to his disciples and on which most of the beliefs of the Catholic faith are based are told.

In these beliefs it is assumed that these four books were written by the evangelists Matthew, John, Luke and Mark and are known as the canonical gospels.

There are other writings, known as apocryphal gospels, not recognized as canonical by the present Christian churches, so that these apocryphal gospels are not accepted as reliable, nor as texts inspired by the divinity. But they were considered "writing" by some of the factions in which Christianity was divided during the first centuries of its history, especially by the Gnostic current, that was the one that contributed most of these texts, and by Christian communities that conserved A closer bond with the Jewish tradition from which Christianity emerged.
