A GPS tracking based Customer Care & Payment Collections app for businesses with field staff/employees who are on field most of the time. It allows managers of Collection teams to assign tasks to the field staff online from a web interface, the task will be sent as a notification on his/her mobile.

The employees can see the type of work/job to be performed along with the client's location, overdue invoicing on their mobile interface. The app assists the field staff in performing the assigned task and all activities of the are captured and synced with the web interface for manager’s perusal. This application simplifies issues faced by the service industry & automate their business processes.

9am can cater to end to end business processes with elaborate modules like Client Maintenance, Product & Inventory, Invoicing, Task Management & an inbuilt Business Intelligence Reporting. The mobile interface has integration with WiFi / Bluetooth receipt printers allowing the field staff to give instant receipts for collected payments.

The application works seamlessly with / without Internet and picks accurate locations even when there is no GPS.
