Pears are very beneficial to treat constipation. If you eat a pear during your breakfast or after dinner, its effects will be surprising.

Guava is another natural remedy. If you eat it with seeds, it provides your diet roughage. Eat one or two guavas every day and you will not suffer from constipation anymore.

Besides the fact that they are very tasty, grapes are a merciless enemy of constipation.

Grapes contain sugar, organic acid and cellulose and this combination make them to be a great natural laxative. Besides the fact that they clear the bowels they also tone up intestines and the stomach. Eat at least 350 gm of grapes daily.

Oranges can help you, too. Eat one or two oranges at dinner and at breakfast and the problem is resoled. Figs and papaya are very useful, too. You can also treat your constipation with spinach. Squeeze half of a lime in a glass of hot water and mix it with 5 gm of salt. You can also swallow a teaspoon of linseed with a glass of water before your meals. Drinking a glass of water in which you put a teaspoon of honey is another way to get rid of constipation. Drink teas made from herbal known as good laxatives. Drink horse gowan tea for example.

Anyway a diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables will help you not to suffer from constipation.
